Postage

All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. If you want to upgrade your postage option to signed for  / tracked delivery please contact us before checking out.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered the full and correct postal address.

 

We currently only offer delivery to UK mainland only.

Dispatch times

 

All items are dispatched within 3 days.

Returns

 

As our products are custom made orders, we can only unfortunately only accept returns of faulty items. Please contact us in the first instance to advise of the issue so we can advise you further.

 

 

Custom requests

 

We are always open to custom requests. If there is something specific you want but cannot find it on our website please use the contact us option to have a chat. Be as specific as you can about what you want and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
